SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that Abbotsford Heat right wing J.D. Watt has been suspended for two (2) games as a result of his actions in a game vs. Rockford on Oct. 15.
Watt was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).
Watt will miss Abbotsford’s games Wednesday (Oct. 20) at Chicago and Friday (Oct. 22) at Rockford.
