AHL announces suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that Houston Aeros defenseman Paul Mara has been suspended for three (3) games as a consequence of his actions in a game vs. Charlotte on Jan. 13.
Mara will miss Houston’s games Saturday (Jan. 19) at Chicago, Sunday (Jan. 20) at Peoria and Jan. 23 at Milwaukee.
