AHL announces suspensions

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced the following suspensions:

Hamilton Bulldogs forward Jean-Francois Jacques has been suspended for one (1) regular-season game as a result of his actions during an AHL game vs. the Grand Rapids Griffins on Nov. 6.

Jacques will miss the Bulldogs’ game vs. Binghamton tonight (Nov. 9), and will be eligible to return on Nov. 11 vs. Cleveland.

Rochester Americans forward Greg Jacina has been suspended for one (1) regular-season game as a result of his actions during an AHL game vs. the Cleveland Barons on Nov. 4.

Jacina will miss the Americans’ game vs. Manitoba on Nov. 11, and will be eligible to return on Nov. 12 vs. Chicago.

Chicago Wolves defenseman Travis Roche has been suspended for one (1) regular-season game as a result of his actions during an AHL game vs. the Milwaukee Admirals on Nov. 4.

Roche will miss the Wolves’ game at Syracuse on Nov. 11, and will be eligible to return on Nov. 12 at Rochester.
