The Minnesota Wild, parent club of the AHL’s Iowa Wild, announced Wednesday that the club has received a conditional third-round selection in the 2017 or 2018 NHL Entry Draft from the Vegas Golden Knights in exchange for forward Alex Tuch.  Â
Tuch, 21, recorded 18 goals and 19 assists for 37 points in 57 games with Iowa in 2016-17. The rookie forward represented the Wild at the 2017 AHL All-Star Classic.
Tuch also appeared in six games with Minnesota last season, making his NHL debut on Feb. 4 at Vancouver.
The Syracuse, N.Y., native was a first-round choice by Minnesota in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
