The Vegas Golden Knights have signed goaltender Oscar Dansk to a one-year contract worth an average annual value of $650,000 at the NHL level.

Dansk, 23, has spent the last two seasons with Rogle BK in the Swedish Hockey League. He made 21 appearances with the AHL’s Springfield Falcons in 2014-15, going 7-7-5 with a 3.57 goals-against average and an .880 save percentage.

A native of Stockholm, Sweden, Dansk won two silver medals with Sweden at the IIHF World Junior Championships (2013, 2014), and earned top goaltender honors at the 2014 tournament.

Dansk was a second-round pick (31st overall) by Columbus in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
