The Anaheim Ducks, parent club of the AHL’s Portland Pirates, have acquired defenseman Jay Leach from the Tampa Bay Lightning, parent club of the AHL’s Norfolk Admirals, in exchange for right wing Brandon Segal and a seventh-round pick in the 2008 NHL Draft.

Anaheim also acquired goaltender Jean-Sebastien Aubin from Los Angeles and assigned him to Portland.
