Stars edge Ads, build cushion in West

Texas built a 4-1 lead in the third period and survived a late scare to come away with a 4-3 win over Milwaukee on Thursday at the Cedar Park Center. Greg Rallo notched the game-winner for the Stars, who are now six points up on the Admirals for third place in the West Division.

The American Hockey League today announced that Norfolk Admirals left wing Mitch Fritz has been suspended for two games as a result of his actions in a game at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Mar. 17.
