The New York Rangers, parent club of the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack, announced Friday that the club has agreed to terms with free-agent forwards Corey Locke and Tyler Arnason and re-signed forward P.A. Parenteau. Locke (pictured) skated in 77 games with the Houston Aeros last season, registering 25 goals and 54 assists.

The Florida Panthers, parent club of the AHL's Rochester Americans, have signed defenseman Clay Wilson to a two-year contract. Wilson recorded a career-best 45 points (14g, 31a) in 70 AHL games between Chicago and Syracuse in 2008-09, and added one assist in seven NHL games with Atlanta and Columbus.

The Montreal Canadiens, parent club of the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs, announced the signing of forwards Mike Glumac and Mathieu Darche and defenseman Alex Henry to one-year, two-way contracts for the 2009-10 season. Darche (pictured) led the Portland Pirates with 31 goals and added 35 assists in 80 games in 2008-09.

Three options whirl through Guy Boucher's mind the first thing every morning. "You can get better today, you can stay the same, or you can get worse," he said. "I choose to get better." Monday was a great day for that ambition, as Boucher signed the deal that made him the new head coach of the Hamilton Bulldogs.
