Roadrunners blank Barracuda in Game 3

The Tucson Roadrunners rolled to a 6-0 win over the San Jose Barracuda on Wednesday night to take a 2-1 lead in their best-of-five Pacific Division semifinal series.

Game 4 of the series is Friday night in Tucson.

In their first-ever home postseason game, the Roadrunners got on the board 2:27 into the contest and never looked back. Lawson Crouse and Andrew Campbell tallied a goal and an assist each, Dylan Strome recorded three assists and Adin Hill made 21 saves for the shutout.

Michael Bunting, Lane Pederson, Mike Sislo and Mario Kempe also scored for Tucson, which has still lost back-to-back games only once since Christmas.

Antoine Bibeau allowed five goals on 15 shots before giving way to Stephon Williams, who finished with seven saves on eight shots.
