After winning its fourth division title in eight years, Milwaukee draws the defending conference champion Texas Stars in round one... The Admirals, who also topped 100 points for the fifth time since 2003-04, have won just one of their last six playoff series, a first-round sweep of Rockford in 2009... Chris Mueller led Milwaukee with 24-26-50 in 67 regular-season games, and Linus Klasen chipped in 22-23-45 in just 47 contests... Admirals goaltender Mark Dekanich (23-12-5) paced the AHL with his .931 save percentage and ranked third with his 2.02 goals-against average... Texas forward Greg Rallo’s team-leading totals of 26 goals and 54 points were both career highs... In his first full AHL season, Richard Bachman (28-19-5, 2.20, .927) appeared in 55 games for the Stars and played 3,191 minutes – second-most in the league... Texas took five of six meetings from the Admirals in the regular season – including all three at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee – and surrendered just seven goals in the season series...
