2007-08: Signed by the Edmonton Oilers as a free agent on July 17, 2007…Began season with the Springfield Falcons (AHL)...Returned to the lineup on November 3 after missing seven games due to injury...Scored his first goal of the season on November 17 at Manchester...Collected three assists on November 18 at Providence...Played in his 100th career AHL game on December 11 collecting one goal and one assist earning the game’s second star...Scored two goals on February 1 at Hartford. Played in his 200th career pro game on March 2 at Manchester...Was the recipient of the team’s Sportsmanship Award.
2006-07: Spent last year with the Manchester Monarchs, leading all team defensemen in scoring with 38 points in 65 games...Ranked second among all AHL rookie blueliners in scoring...Participated in the 2007 AHL All-Star Game in Toronto, Ontario.
