Biography
DRAFTED: Selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the 6th round, 190th overall, in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. 2006-2007 HIGHLIGHTS: Played in first-career AHL game on Oct. 6 vs. Manitoba (5-3 W) ... Recorded first-career AHL goal, a shorthanded marker, on Oct. 14 at Albany (3-2 L) ... Tied a Bulldogs franchise record with four goals, including the overtime game-winner, on Mar. 16 at Syracuse (5-4 OTW) ... Scored the game-winning goal in Game 1 of the Calder Cup Final on June 1 at Hershey (4-0 W) ... Registered 21 goals, 28 assists, 49 points and 33 penalty minutes in 62 regular season games, and 13 points (4-9-13) in 22 Calder Cup playoff games in his rookie season in the AHL. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: In 2005-06, led Guelph in assists (54) and ranked 2nd in points (79) ... Had 25 multi-point games, including three 4-point contests (2005-06) ...
