Biography
2009-10: Led Wilkes-Barre/Scranton with 71 points (24+47) in 77 games played… Became the third Penguins player to ever surpass the 70-point plateau…Led all Penguins with eight three-point games…Named to 2010 Time Warner Cable All-Star Classic and was the Penguins’ lone representative… Posted two points (1+1) in the All-Star Classic.
2008-09: Recorded 37 points (11+26) in 63 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton… Finished second among Penguins rookies in points…tied for the league lead in shorthanded assists (4) and tied for second in shorthanded points (5)…Was recalled by Pittsburgh and made his NHL debut on December 26 @ New Jersey, going scoreless and even… Registered his first NHL point, an assist, and was plus-1 on December 30 vs. Boston… Scored his first NHL goal and was plus-1 on New Year’s Day @ Boston...
