2008-2009: Spent the majority of the season with the Djurgardens IF Stockholm of the Swedish Elite League (SEL), while seeing some time with the Sound Tigers. With the Djurgardens IF Stockholm, he played in 49 games, scoring 9 points (3g/6a). During his time with the Sound Tigers, he appeared 3 games and added an assist.
2007-08: Played in 35 games with the Edmonton Oil Kings…Netted 18 goals and 13 assists good for 31 points…Season was abbreviated due to wrist surgery in February 2008.
2006-07: Played in North America for the first time, suiting up for Calgary in the WHL for 62 games…Led all Calgary rookies in assists (17), points (27) and power play goals (7) during regular season…Played in 18 postseason games and led Calgary rookies in goals (4), assists (4), points (8) and power play goals (1)… Named one of the Three Stars of the Game in three playoff contests, earning the First Star of the Game in Calgary’s Game 3 victory over Medicine Hat.
Spent time with the Swedish National Team for the World Junior Hockey Championships…Tied for eighth in tournament scoring with five goals and two assists.
