Biography
2011-12: Split his first professional season between Grand Rapids and ECHL Toledo…Made his professional debut with the Walleye, 10/15/11 vs. Chicago, before being called up to Grand Rapids…Debuted for the Griffins, 10/21/11 at Oklahoma City, and earned first star honors the following night after picking up his first two professional points (1-1—2) against the Barons…Scored again the following night to give him three points (2-1—3) in his first three AHL contests…Recorded four points (3-1—4) in 25 total games with the Griffins…Skated in 51 games for the Walleye, tying for fifth in team scoring with 29 points (7-22—29)…Racked up eight points (1-7—8) over a four-game stretch with Toledo, 1/27/12-2/1/12.
2010-11: Amassed 70 points (19-51—70) in 58 games for QMJHL Prince Edward Island, finishing second in team scoring…Ranked first on his team and tied for 11th in the league with 51 assists…Tied for second on his team with a plus-13 rating…Led P.E.I. in playoff scoring with six points (1-5—6) in five games…Represented the Czech Republic at the World Junior Championship, contributing three points (1-2—3) in six contests.
