2007-08: Saw limited regular season action with three different teams … Made North American professional debut with Binghamton (AHL) against Hershey on Oct. 13 – was held scoreless while recording two shots … Returned to Sweden following B-Sens two-game trip to Norfolk on Oct. 19 and 20 … Joined Farjestads of the Swedish Elite League and played a season-high 13 games with that team. 2006-07: Playing for Bofors, Karlsson experienced his most productive season tallying 32 points (11 goals, 21 assists) in 44 games...he also racked up 34 penalty minutes and had a +3 rating…six of his 11 goals came on special teams with five coming with the man-advantage… 2005-06: In a full season at the Elite level, playing for Altuma, Karlsson recorded 7 points and 40 penalty minutes in 35 games….He was also a +5 and scored two of his three goals on the power play
