2009-10: Attended Albany Training Camp.

2008-09: Scored four goals and added seven assists (11 points) in 15 games with Albany, missing the majority of the season due to injury... Recorded his first career Pro point with an assist, before suffering an injury vs. BNG (10/22)… Returned to the lineup vs. HAR (11/1) after missing three games… Scored his first career Pro goal, a power play goal, and added an assist for his first Pro multi-point game vs. PRO (11/8)… Scored a goal for the second straight game and added an assist for his first Pro scoring streak vs. SYR (11/12)… Tallied one assist for the third game in a row at POR (11/14)… Extended his assist streak to four games with one assist at LOW (11/15)… Had assist streak snapped and suffered an injury at PHI (11/19)… Returned to the lineup after missing four games and tallied one assist vs. SYR (11/29)… Scored goals in back-to-back games for his second Pro goal streak vs. NOR (12/3), (12/5)… Returned to the injured list on 12/6/08 and had season-ending surgery on 2/4.

Career Notes: Made his AHL and Pro hockey debut on 4/13/08… Signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Carolina Hurricanes on April 16, 2008.

Juniors: Played three full seasons for the Lewiston MAINEiacs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League… Had 167 points (71 goals, 97 assists) and 145 penalty minutes in 196 career QMJHL games for Lewiston… Netted six goals and had five assists (11 points) in 15 playoff games as Lewiston captured the 2007 QMJHL championship and advanced to the 2007 Memorial Cup in Vancouver… Eliminated from the 2007 Memorial Cup by the Plymouth Whalers and fellow Hurricanes Prospects Chris Terry and Brett Bellemore.
