Frederic Allard scored 12:33 into overtime to give Milwaukee a 5-4 victory over Iowa at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena on Friday night.

The Admirals’ second straight victory while facing elimination sets up a decisive Game 5 of their Central Division semifinal series, to be played Monday in Milwaukee.

Justin Kirkland cleanly won a faceoff from the right-wing circle and Allard fired a shot from the point that hit an Iowa defender and beat Andrew Hammond for the winning goal.

Milwaukee led three separate times in regulation, getting two goals apiece from Phil Di Giuseppe and Anthony Richard.

But the Wild erased deficits of 2-0, 3-2 and 4-3 to force overtime. Gerald Mayhew (two goals), Matt Read and Cal O’Reilly scored Iowa’s goals.

Troy Grosenick (2-2) made 28 saves for Milwaukee, while Hammond (2-2) turned away 25 of 30 shots for Iowa.
