SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that San Antonio Rampage right wing Francis Lessard has been suspended for one (1) game as a result of his actions in a game at Worcester on Jan. 31.
Lessard was assessed an instigator penalty within the final five minutes of the third period, resulting in an automatic one-game suspension under AHL Rule 47.21.
Lessard will miss San Antonio’s game Wednesday (Feb. 4) at Binghamton.
