SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that Manchester Monarchs forward Andrew Crescenzi has been suspended for one game as a consequence of a boarding incident in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal playoff series vs. Portland on Apr. 25.
Crescenzi was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).
Crescenzi will miss Game 3 of the series today (Apr. 26) at Portland.
