SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that Lehigh Valley Phantoms center Darroll Powe has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of a match penalty for an illegal check to the head of an opponent in a game at Worcester on Nov. 5.
Powe will miss Lehigh Valley’s games Friday (Nov. 7) at Manchester and Saturday (Nov. 8) at Portland.
