AHL announces suspensions

The American Hockey League announced today that Providence Bruins left wing Jay Henderson has been suspended for three (3) regular season games and Hershey Bears defenseman Jeff Finger has been suspended for one (1) regular season game as a result of their actions in a November 12, 2004 AHL game in Providence.

Henderson has served the first two games of his suspension (Sat., Nov. 13 at Hartford; Sun., Nov. 14 versus Hartford) and will also miss the Bruins’ next game on Wed., Nov. 17 at Bridgeport.

Finger served his suspension on Sat., Nov. 13 at Manchester.
