AHL announces suspensions

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced the following suspensions:

Rochester Americans right wing Dan Catenacci has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of a match penalty for slew-footing, assessed in a game at Utica on Oct. 21.

Catenacci will miss Rochester’s game tonight (Oct. 23) vs. Toronto.

San Jose Barracuda defenseman Karl Stollery has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of an elbowing incident in a game vs. San Diego on Oct. 21.

Stollery was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss San Jose’s game tonight (Oct. 23) vs. San Diego.
