A clash between two of the Western Conference’s top three teams pits Milwaukee against Manitoba on Wednesday in the back-end of a two-game set at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg… The Admirals are coming off a 2-1 win on Tuesday and are riding a 12-game points streak (9-0-2-1), allowing them to open a 10-point lead on the field in the West Division race… The Moose, meanwhile, had won four straight prior to Tuesday’s loss and are tied with Grand Rapids atop the North Division… Ex-Moose goaltender Drew MacIntyre made 27 saves for Milwaukee in the winning effort on Tuesday and is tied for the AHL lead with 18 victories overall (18-6-1)… AHL All-Star Cal O’Reilly has a point in six of seven games (1-6-7) for the Admirals, and Alexander Sulzer ranks third among AHL defensemen with 29 points (7-22-29)… AHL All-Star Cory Schneider leads all netminders in goals-against average (1.47) and save percentage (.942) and had won 13 straight games since Oct. 10 prior to Tuesday’s setback… Michael Grabner shows five goals over his last four games for the Moose.
