On Tuesday, Alexander Radulov had a goal and five assists and Sheldon Brookbank and Kevin Klein each scored twice as Milwaukee dumped Grand Rapids, 8-1… Darren Haydar and Jason Krog extended their scoring streaks to 15 games each and Brett Sterling added four more points as Chicago beat Iowa, 8-2… Jaroslav Halak made 20 saves as Hamilton shut out Omaha, 5-0.

LOOKING AHEAD:
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton makes its first visit of the season to Bridgeport for an early 11:00 a.m. start on Wednesday… The Penguins won three times at the Arena at Harbor Yard during their seven-game victory over the Sound Tigers in the first round of last year’s playoffs… Bridgeport earned its first home win of the season on Sunday, a 5-4 shootout decision over Worcester… Jeff Tambellini had a goal and an assist in the victory, giving him six points (4g, 2a) in his last five games… Blake Comeau snapped a three-game drought with a goal and an assist; the rookie’s 14 points this season have come via one five-point game, one four-point game, one three-point game and one two-point game… Wilkes-Barre’s Erik Christensen is tied for third in the AHL with 21 points on the year, including eight multiple-point efforts… Jonathan Filewich is on a four-game scoring streak for the Penguins (3g, 3a).

Hershey brings an eight-game road winning streak to the MassMutual Center for a meeting with Springfield on Wednesday night… The game marks a return for Bears head coach Bruce Boudreau to a building where he played two seasons for the AHL’s Indians, winning the league’s scoring title in 1987-88… Eric Fehr is on a 10-game scoring run for Hershey (9g, 6a)… Justin Keller had two goals and an assist in the Falcons’ 4-2 win over Portland on Sunday, and now has eight points (4g, 4a) in his last six games… Karri Ramo has won four of his last five decisions in net for Springfield… Falcons head coach Steve Stirling served as an assistant under Boudreau for two seasons in Lowell (1999-2001).

Milwaukee hosts Houston on Wednesday night in a battle of teams riding three-game winning streaks… The Admirals had played five straight one-goal games before Tuesday afternoon’s 8-1 thumping of Grand Rapids… Alexander Radulov’s six-point performance gave him 16 points in seven AHL games this season… Sheldon Brookbank had the first two-goal game of his six-year pro career… Cal O’Reilly had a goal and three assists, and Kevin Klein’s two goals were his first two points of the season… The Aeros have won four straight on the road and six of eight overall after an 0-5-0-1 start to the season… Josh Harding is coming off a superb two-game series in Iowa last week, stopping 86 of 89 shots in back-to-back victories… This is the first meeting between these clubs since Milwaukee swept Houston in last year’s West Division final.
