Iowa travels to Rockford on Thursday for the division rivals’ first meeting since Oct. 17… The Chops have ridden a four-game winning streak and eight-game points streak (6-0-1-1) to first place in the West Division, while the IceHogs are 6-2-0-2 in their last 10 contests… Drew Miller has a goal in three straight games (3-2-5) for the Chops, including two consecutive game-winners… Andrew Ebbett is riding a six-game scoring streak (2-8-10) and leads Iowa’s offense with 26 points overall (9-17-26)… T.J. Chris Stewart, who led the AHL’s Lake Erie Monsters with 25 goals in 2007-08 and has 11 points in 19 AHL games this year, tallied his first career NHL marker and added an assist in Colorado’s 6-1 win over Los Angeles on Tuesday… Philadelphia’s Darroll Powe also scored his first NHL goal on Tuesday in the Flyers’ 4-3 win over the N.Y. Islanders, and Tampa Bay’s Paul Szczechura – who shows 11 goals and 24 points in 23 AHL games for Norfolk this season – tallied the first goal of his NHL career on Monday in the Lightning’s 5-3 loss to Boston.
