Condors heading to Calder Cup Playoffs

The Bakersfield Condors have clinched their first-ever berth in the Calder Cup Playoffs.

The Pacific Division-leading Condors defeated San Diego on Friday night, 3-2, to officially wrap up one of the AHL’s 16 playoff invites. It will be the first playoff appearance for the Edmonton Oilers’ top affiliate since 2015.

Bakersfield, which had a 17-game winning streak earlier this season, is now 23-2-1-1 in its last 27 contests.
