The Bakersfield Condors announced that the team has signed defenseman Mikael Tam to an American Hockey League contract for the 2016-17 season.
Tam enters his fifth pro season in 2016-17 after spending last season with Sparta Sarpsborg (Norway). The Quebec City native previously spent time in the AHL, which included 34 games (1g-6a-7pts) with the Lake Erie Monsters in 2013-14 and 19 games (0g-1a-1pt) with the Worcester Sharks in 2012-13.
