The Bakersfield Condors announced today that the team has signed right wing Joel Rechlicz to an American Hockey League contract for the 2016-17 season.
Rechlicz, 29, enters his 10th pro season in 2016-17 after skating in 12 games for Grand Rapids last season. He has skated in 219 career AHL games with Grand Rapids, Iowa, Hershey, Portland, Bridgeport and Albany, totaling four goals, three assists and 981 penalty minutes.
Rechlicz has also played 26 career games in the NHL with the New York Islanders and Washington, registering one assist and 105 PIM.
