SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League has announced the following schedules for the two Eastern Conference semifinal series in the 2014 Calder Cup Playoffs:

The Eastern Conference quarterfinals ended tonight with the Providence Bruins knocking off the Springfield Falcons, 6-3, in their winner-take-all Game 5. The Eastern Conference saw all three division winners — Manchester, Springfield and Binghamton — eliminated in the first round of the Calder Cup Playoffs.

The Western Conference semifinal schedules will be set after the completion of Game 5 of the conference quarterfinal series between the Chicago Wolves and the Rochester Americans on Sunday.
