SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League announced today that Friday’s game between the Albany River Rats and the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL #804) at the Times Union Center in Albany, has been rescheduled.
The game will now take place on Tuesday, March 31, at 7:00 p.m. ET.
“The Albany River Rats organization has been in the thoughts and prayers of the extended American Hockey League family throughout the day,” said AHL President and CEO David Andrews. “We are thankful that the injured players and staff have been in good hands at Berkshire Medical Center, and clearly at this time the primary concern in terms of our schedule is the well-being of the Albany players and coaches. All of our teams offer their support and assistance in any way possible.”
