Iowa, Manitoba to face off in preseason

The Iowa Wild and Manitoba Moose jointly announced Tuesday that the two clubs will be playing a pair of preseason games in North Dakota on Oct. 2-3.

 

The Wild and Moose will play the first of two games on Friday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. in Grand Forks, ND at the Ralph Engelstad Arena – which serves as the home to the University of North Dakota hockey team.

 

The teams will play a second game on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. in Fargo at the Scheels Arena – home to the USHL’s Fargo Force.

 

Iowa and Manitoba will be rivals in the new Central Division that will begin play as one of four divisions in the new American Hockey League schedule format in 2015-16.
