The Winnipeg Jets have agreed to terms with forward Luke Johnson on a one-year, two-way contract, and with forward Mikey Eyssimont on a two-year, two-way contract.

Johnson recorded one goal — the first of his NHL career — in 14 games with the Minnesota Wild last season, and added one assist in two AHL contests with the Iowa Wild.

The sixth-year pro has played 243 career AHL games with Iowa and Rockford, tallying 57 goals and 53 assists for 110 points.

A fifth-round pick by Chicago in the 2013 NHL Draft, Johnson has one goal and one assist in 32 NHL outings with Chicago and Minnesota.

Eyssimont notched nine goals and eight assists for 17 points in 40 games with the AHL’s Ontario Reign in 2020-21, his third pro campaign.

In 162 career AHL contests with Ontario, Eyssimont has notched 31 goals and 35 assists for 66 points.

Eyssimont was a fifth-round pick by Los Angeles in the 2016 NHL Draft.
