Milwaukee signs Lehman

The Milwaukee Admirals have signed defenseman Scott Lehman to an American Hockey League contract.

Lehman joins the Admirals after spending the last four seasons in the Atlanta Thrashers organization, playing primarily with the Chicago Wolves. Last season the Windsor, Ont., native played in 11 games with the Wolves, posting a pair of assists and 16 penalty minutes, before suffering a season-ending injury in early December.

The Thrashers’ third-round pick in the 2004 NHL Draft played one game with Atlanta in the 2008-09 season, his only NHL experience. In parts of four seasons with the Wolves, Lehman totaled four goals and 12 assists to go along with 225 penalty minutes in 104 games played.
