AHL announces suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that Hershey Bears defenseman Tyler Lewington has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of his actions in a game vs. Bridgeport on Mar. 16.

Lewington was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Hershey’s games today (Mar. 18) at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Saturday (Mar. 24) at Hartford.
