The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Andrew Agozzino to a one-year, two-way contract.
Agozzino collected 13 goals and 14 assists for 27 points in 31 games with the AHL’s San Diego Gulls last season, and also appeared in three NHL contests with the Anaheim Ducks.
Over nine pro seasons, Agozzino has played 535 games in the AHL with San Diego, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Colorado, San Antonio, Chicago, Lake Erie and Peoria, totaling 173 goals and 239 assists for 412 points. He has cracked the 20-goal mark four times and participated in the AHL All-Star Classic in 2013 and 2019.
Agozzino has played 46 games in the NHL with Anaheim, Pittsburgh and Colorado, recording two goals and seven assists.
