Palushaj returned to Hamilton

Montreal Canadiens General Manager Pierre Gauthier announced Sunday that forward Aaron Palushaj has been assigned to the Hamilton Bulldogs.

Palushaj, 22, has played in 15 games this season for Montreal, recording no points and averaging 6:36 of ice time per game.

The 5-foot-11, 187-pound forward has played in seven games with the Bulldogs this season recording eight points (1 goal, 7 assists).

Palushaj competed in 68 games with the Bulldogs in 2010-11, posting 57 points (22 goals, 35 assists). The native of Livonia, Mich., also played in three games with the Habs in 2010-11.
