Derek Roy scored with 7:17 left in regulation and Tom Askey made 36 saves as Rochester continued to tear up the AHL with a 3-2 win in Hamilton on Saturday night.

The Amerks are 23-3-1-3 in their last 30 games, and their 69 points on the season are tops in the league, one better than Manchester and two up on Hartford.

Norm Milley and Brandon Smith also scored for Rochester, which earned its third straight road win and fourth straight winoverall.

Chris Higgins and Ron Hainsey scored power-play goals for the Bulldogs, who travel to Rochester to face the Amerks again on Wednesday night.
