The Laval Rocket announced today that the team has agreed to terms on a one-year AHL contract with forward William Pelletier.
Pelletier, a 26-year-old native of St-Jean-Chrysostome, Que., registered seven goals and 10 assists in 41 games with the AHL’s Rockford IceHogs in 2018-19.
He has totaled 24 goals and 29 assists for 53 points in 118 career AHL contests, all with the IceHogs.
Pelletier turned pro in the spring of 2017 following four seasons at Norwich (Vt.) University.
