Wolf Pack add All-Star Hamilton

The Hartford Wolf Pack on Sunday announced that the team has agreed to terms with Jeff Hamilton, the winner of the Willie Marshall Award as the top goal-scorer in the AHL for 2003-04.

Hamilton, 27, spent the last two seasons with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. In 67 games last year, the Yale University product scored 43 goals and added 25 assists for 68 points. He participated in the 2004 AHL All-Star Classic and was voted a First Team AHL All-Star.

Hamilton has recorded 65 goals and 41 assists for 106 points in 134 AHL games, all with Bridgeport. He made his NHL debut with the N.Y. Islanders last season, appearing in one game.
