Taylor registered two goals and four points in 13 contests with Chicago earlier this year, before being released on March 12. He also appeared in two American Hockey League outings with the Houston Aeros in October.

The 26-year-old forward has recorded 12 goals, 17 assists and 29 points in 34 outings with the ECHL’s Las Vegas Wranglers this season, which includes three goals and five points in six contests since being released by the Wolves.

The Edmonton, Alberta, native appeared in seven contests with the AHL’s Norfolk Admirals last season, notching five points (3G, 2A), and spent the previous two campaigns with the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights (AHL). Overall, Taylor has accrued 37 goals, 38 assists and 75 points in 208 career AHL outings with Lowell (2004-05), Omaha (2005-07), Norfolk (2007-08), Houston (2008-09) and Chicago (2008-09).

Both players will be available to re-join the Wolves when they take on the Quad City Flames at I Wireless Center tonight.
