Chicago took a 2-0 series lead in the Central Division Finals with a 4-3 win over Iowa at Allstate Arena on Thursday night.

The best-of-seven series resumes Sunday with Game 3 at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

Oscar Dansk made 11 of his 22 saves in the third period as the Wolves hung on for their fourth consecutive win this postseason.

Chicago took a 2-0 lead in Game 2 just 4:42 into the contest on goals by Brooks Macek and Matthew Weis, but Iowa pulled even with Gerald Mayhew and Luke Kunin finding the net.

Zach Whitecloud put the Wolves back in front at 18:28 of the first period, and Tobias Lindberg restored the two-goal lead at 6:07 of the second.

Kunin potted his second goal of the night with 57.6 seconds left in the middle stanza, but that would prove to be the final goal of the night.

Andrew Hammond finished with 26 saves for the Wild.

This was the seventh one-goal game between the clubs out of their 10 meetings this season.
