SPRINGFIELD, Mass. … The American Hockey League today announced that Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins right wing Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of an illegal check to the head of an opponent in a game at Albany on Nov. 21.
Letourneau-Leblond was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).
Letourneau-Leblond will miss Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s game Wednesday (Nov. 26) at Hershey.
