Chaput and Billins were signed to two-way contracts by the Vancouver Canucks on July 1.

Hulak, 26, tallied 17 goals and 23 assists for 40 points along with a plus-15 rating in 69 games with Texas last season. He added one goal in four Calder Cup Playoff games as well.

The native of Saskatoon, Sask., has registered 39 goals and 47 assists for 86 points in 142 career AHL games.
