Coyotes re-sign Cunningham

The Arizona Coyotes, parent club of the AHL’s Springfield Falcons, announced Tuesday that they have re-signed forward Craig Cunningham to a one-year, two-way contract.

The 24-year-old Cunningham registered three goals and four assists in 51 NHL games split between Arizona and Boston last season. He also had five goals and 10 assists in 21 AHL games with Providence.

A 24-year-old native of Trail, B.C., Cunningham has registered 75 goals and 69 assists for 144 points in 247 career AHL games, all with Providence. He also has six goals and nine assists in 24 Calder Cup Playoff contests.
