The Vancouver Canucks announced today that defenseman Brad Lukowich has been assigned to the Manitoba Moose of the AHL.
Lukowich recorded three goals and 15 assists in 29 games with the Texas Stars earlier this season. He has also appeared in 13 games with the Canucks in 2009-10, recording one goal and one assist.
Lukowich was acquired by Vancouver from San Jose on August 28, 2009.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound native of Cranbrook, B.C., has recorded 113 points (23 goals, 90 assists) in 653 career NHL games and won a Stanley Cup with Tampa Bay in 2004.
