Biography
2009-10 Season: Scored his first goal of the year on 10-10-09 at Hartford. Scored on 10-16-09 against Manchester giving him goals in back-to-back games. Scored fourth goal of the year on 12-5-09 at Bridgeport.
2008-09 Season: Made his AHL debut on October 17, 2008 at Providence. Scored his first AHL goal on October 25, 2008 against Lowell. Scored his second goal of the year on February 17, 2009 against Portland. Was game’s second star on March 1, 2009 against Manchester scoring his fourth goal of the year. Was named the “Springfield Hockey Man of the Year” for his community service during the season.
Career Notes: Started the 2007-08 season with the Falcons before being reassigned to Springfield’s ECHL affiliate, the Stockton Thunder, on October 7, 2007. Spent the season with the Thunder collecting 13 goals and 13 assists in 70 games.
Concluded his third season with the University of Denver after the 2006-07 campaign. Member of the U-18 Team USA squad that won the silver medal in Belarus during the 2003-04 season. Was a member of the University of Denver team that won the NCAA Division I National Championship in 2005. Invited to the Team USA WJC summer camp in Lake Placid in the summer of 2005.
