2007-08 Season: Made his professional debut with the Monarchs on April 4, 2008…Played in five regular season games and four playoff games with Manchester…Tallied his first professional point, an assist, against the Providence Bruins on April 16, 2008…Served as Captain of the University of Wisconsin Badgers during his senior year…Finished his collegiate career with a season high 21 points (5-16=21) and 46 penalty minutes in 40 games…Tied for the team lead in goals by a defenseman with five…Finished second on the team in points scored by a defenseman with 21…Honored with Wisconsin’s Spike Carlson Award as the team’s Most Valuable Player.
