Helped push the Rangers to the playoff finals, scoring 16 goals and 16 assists in 20 games. Named to the OHL’s first All-Star team. Awarded the George Parsons Trophy for being the most sportsmanlike player at the Memorial Cup Tournament. During the middle of the season participated in the World Junior Championships.
