Acquired: Florida Panthers’ first-round selection (10th overall) in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.

Last Season: Finished rookie season second in scoring among team defenseman with 23 points (3+20)... Was named the Amerks’ 2008-09 Most Improved Player as voted on by his teammates... Received two NHL recalls from the Florida Panthers... Had a pair of assists at Toronto on 4/08... Named the Amerks’ Player of the Month for March...
